It's ongoing. It's way beyond its infancy, and it has long been grown-out of its simple, experimental phases. Geo-engineering has been employed and deployed for decades, raking in the money on the Weather Derivatives Markets. It's licensed. It's driving at breakneck speeds to a neighborhood near you! Geo-engineering has a full spectrum of dominance upon many facets of our lives, our reality. Along with oppressive, oftentimes fake relief efforts and moneymaking schemes, Geo-engineering is utilized as a force-multiplier when it's brought online to devastate or to protect specific nations and areas. It's increasingly being deployed upon political enemies of the Globalist Elite sanctioning such horrific technology.
Just look-up at your sky -- near the sun, as, it always begins there --- and you'll see some of the technology that is described in studies, and which have been patented, all of it clearly visible right above you in your own perspective of sky! We've known for a long time that they have been doing this, but now they want to try and come out of the closet all naive-like?
No way.

How dare they do this without our permission; how dare they act ignorant of its continuous, prolific use, or of the fact that weather manipulation has caused mass death, damage, forced migrations, and total chaos while hiding under the guise of fake, so-called "Climate Change"
Geo-engineering and weather manipulation have driven capitalistic disaster markets, giving rise to fake charities and the like. The covert, subversive use of Geo-engineering, it helps all sorts of dubious agendas to get pushed forward, accomplished or otherwise green-lit..and all because of this existing technology. We humans have figured it out. We figured it out a long time ago. Climate Change is, of course, a red herring. Yeah, there's Climate Change alright...it's called "Governmental Geo-Engineering Operations!"
Do not let these double-speaking puppets fool you. Tell them, give them a ring and tell them to CEASE & DESIST!
Climate Change is a gambit, a ruse, and all of the anomalous floods, droughts, the strange weather can be attributed to Man-Made Weather Modification. Climate Change is a "boogeyman" put in place to scare you into supporting oppressive, unethical, immoral legislation. It's the boogeyman put in place to distract from, and hide, the very real technology, the True Evil causing all the environmental mayhem.
